Form 2976-A is required for all overseas shipping of parcels to the Holy Land.
A ready supply can be obtained from your local postal clerk. Once you
bring the package to the post office along with the filled out, unattached form,
the postal clerk will weigh the parcel, scan the form, stamp the form, put it in
the glassine envelope, affix it to the parcel, and give you a copy for your
records. The postal clerk will tally the postage costs and require a check
made out to: Postmaster. Register the weight of the package on your
copy in box No. 4 under Total Gross Wt. Kindly send a copy of your copy to
the headquarters for the Patriarchal Order of the Holy Cross of Jerusalem,
Southern Region at 21340 SW 94th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33189
Attn: Regional Co-coordinator.
